2011 Mnet Asian Music Awards

On 29th of November 2011, Tuesday, ONE of the Biggest Music Event also known as Asia No.1 Music Festival, Mnet Asian Music Awards (generally abbreviated as MAMA) wrapped up in Singapore this year at Singapore Indoor Stadium. Hosted by Mnet media, it has successfully captured a large figure of audiences from all around the world over 1.9 million viewers!

The 2011 MAMA fulfills the key of slogan this year “Music makes ONE” that attracts people from different part of the world connecting altogether and burst into simultaneous applauses show supporting the show. Each of the category’s winning talented artistes was gladly got their trophies and deserved all the glory for the victory during the night and all on the stage performing very awesome performances.

Mnet Asian Music Awards production spent SGD 6.5 million by holding awards ceremony at Singapore this year!

This awards ceremony was divided into two major parts, which comprised of Red Carpet at evening and presentation at night. As like last year without exception, this awards ceremony aims to drawing a numerous Asian-wide big name artistes to be able to perform on the same stage as one. Ensure we’re all totally enjoys for the whole powerful performances featured most famous stars such as 2NE1, Super Junior, Girls Generation, etc.

You shouldn’t forgot about the special collaborative performance of Beast’s Fiction with Chinese Artist Lang Lang, the epic show of “Where is the Love” by Will.i.am, apl.de.ap and 2NE1’s CL, from Japan, Koda Kumi’s stage on Singapore, Miss A’s Chinese culture-inspired performance of “Goodbye Baby”, all the great concerts which definitely heat up the spectators including all K-pop lovers, W-pop followers, J-pop fans as well as C-pop freaks!

4 girls group Miss A have a very Chinese culture-inspired Kung Fu performance for their latest song "Good-bye Baby".

Turns to Ulala's powerful performance with their very touching story which makes everybody of us feeling so touched.

Leader of 2NE1, CL on the same stage with western hip-hop singers, The Black Eyed Peas Will.i.am and Apl.de.ap, performing "Where Is The Love".

Bigname Girls Generation rocking out their new released song combined with both of Korean and English remix version "The Boys".

Super Junior gives an super awesome performance "Superman", "Mr. Simple", and "Sorry Sorry" where 100 dancers dancing on the same stage!

Hip-hop female group 2NE1 performs their hits song "Lonely" and "I Am The Best" show off their best vocal skill on the stage.

Furthermore, audiences are lucky to experience something new by this year, which they wouldn’t able to spot any official MCs during this event where there’re having lots of 20 presenters including all of Korean’s Top actors and TV personalities hosting the show. Each presenter is equally important to distribute out each of the valued awards to the specific categories’ winner. Overall, it’s truly new exciting experiences for me as well as all viewers!

Song Seung Heon, a famous South Korean actor came to Singapore for 2011 MAMA and distributes trophies to the winners.

Miss A who won last year the best New Female Artist, also as one of the presenters for 2011 the best newcomer artistes winner.

Mnet Asian Music Awards 2011 has prepared 25 category awards this year including 3 Grand Prize Daesang, Best Artist and New Artist Awards, Best Vocal and Dance Performance Awards, OST, Music Video, Rap Awards, Asian Hottest Artist Awards, Singapore’s Choice of Most Popular Artist Awards, Style in Music, Mnet Specialized Awards, etc. There’re over 190 artists were nominated and all about 59 artists attended the music festival. A female group newcomer who were debuted on 2011, A-Pink winning the Best Female Artist at Mnet Asian Music Awards.

Super Junior winning the Singapore's Choice the special awards this year which definitely 100% voted by all Singaporean.

Miss A won the Best Female Group Dance Performance Awards for their Goodbye Baby unique dance.

BEAST won the Best Male Group Dance Performance Awards, truly their Fiction's footstep is pretty cool.

2NE1 won the Best Female Group Vocal Performance Awards, let's do not forgot their inspiring performance of Lonely.

Girls Generation won the Best Female Group Awards, show 9-members girls group are really powerful than others!

Super Junior won the Best Male Group Awards, this definitely deserved all the glory to them.

2NE1's "I Am The Best" this upbeat song won one of the three Biggest Daesang, the song of the year 2011 awards.

Girls Generation won another Big Title, Daesang The Artist of The Year at Mnet Asian Music Awards 2011!
