Place: Terminal Bersepadu Selatan, Malaysia

A week back, I had a chance to visit the so called state-of-the-art terminal at Bandar Tasik Selatan, as I was get myself involve to my friend’s 21st birthday celebration at KL. I was really amazed when alighting KL and first looked on the terminal building in the front and how it was so awesome, absolutely a huge changed within a short period of time that I wasn't in KL! It looks so much better compared to the Puduraya one, a good environment that air-conditioning works so nice and cold in the building even it is big with a lot of travelers.

The Integrated Terminal also named as Terminal Bersepadu Selatan – Bandar Tasik Selatan (TBS-BTS) started operations on the 1st March 2011. It is something so systematic so far I see on the bus terminal that provides such a comfort, convenience, efficient services to the public. It was looks more like an airport rather than bus terminal. There is so much LCD screen and both big digital boards tell you where the destination is with time on schedule, even with security checking ticket at the boarding gate before you proceed to the awaiting area!

The building also containing lots of food & beverage center, retails, and outlets. That you can enjoy your Starbucks before the journey or you can also having one of the Malaysian favorites, KFC, to settle up your starving problem before your travelling, so on over there. The environments are so clean and relaxed, but don’t think so should be not going to the same after a few years that people using, so people please do aware that what you are accumulative doing at anytime, and anywhere please do care with anything including this planet, you know it goes from bad to worst.

However, only just a few bus companies that are currently operating in this Terminal, the services are not really to cover all the part in Malaysia, yet to be improved and there are more and more bus companies moving in and operation here from the temporary one at Bukit Jalil. But another good thing is, you are so easy to actually get to the Terminal as there is all connecting with KLIA trasit, LRT, etc. Don’t scare about you lost or not sure how to purchase e-ticket or head anywhere in the building, as there is so much information centre and officers over there stand by for you.

Departure boards do inform you with the list of bus operators, information, destination, schedule and status that reminding you when your turns for alighting.



Touch Screen Kiosk features interactive map, bus operators, and traveler’s information tells you they hosts shops, restaurants, other facilities and services.



Don’t get shock when ticket counter ask you to show your IC immediately during purchasing of ticket, owner info is necessary and thing like insurance may involved.



Goes to aboard area and when turns to your bus is ready, stand-by yourself with show your ticket while officers will call your name out for boarding.
